This signature espresso blend came to pass from the Northern Italian style of coffee and the grace needed to negotiate the twists of the countryside. Giro is slow-roasted with a full, sweet, flavor. We achieve this from the natural processed, mellow fruit sparkle, low acid coffees. The bulk of this blend is Rain Forest Alliance, RFA, certified coffees. Fantastic served ristretto, 3/4 ounce pulled 18-24 seconds.
