This is our darkest roast with a bold, smoky, caramelized flavor. We have a special roasting technique to help lock in the flavor. Because we start with a high grown, washed, bright, hardbean coffee, balance is achieved. The coffee is purchased under a Fair Trade model for added benefits from one of our favorite co-operatives. The open and direct sale solidifies the expectations of quality and consistency.
